Dr. Messiah has always found joy in education and the learning process, but it wasn’t until he began working with the expansion and development of educational services for underserved populations that he realized just how much he enjoyed being enveloped in an academic environment.

He works hard to balance the many aspects involved in being an effective educator, leader, community mobilizer, visual storyteller, and development strategist, but he tries to make sure he has as much time available for guest lecturing and motivational mentoring as possible.
